    Xlibris

Hey, you guys ever hear of Xlibris? I've got an offer from them to publish my book, but I'm getting some shady vibes from some of the reviews I've read about them. Any thoughts?

    Amazon's changing it's print costs.

So, as of June 20th, Amazon will be changing its print costs. Specifically, everything is going to be a bit more expensive. If you were on the fence for buying a physical copy of my books, now's the time to change your mind, seeing as how the price is going to increase in a couple of months. Thought I'd give you all the heads up.

    What I Am: Aftermath chapter.

Hey, guys, I'm writing a conclusion chapter for What I Am. Nothing too substantial, given that a sequel and spin off already exist, but I thought I'd put it down as both a way to let those that don't exactly follow me (or, at the very least, don't follow my blog) know that the second book is out, and also know that A Darkened Sky is about to get a whole lot of chapters.

    Fool's Gambit.

Man, did you ever go back and just... cringe at what you did before? That happened to me with Fool's Gambit. The story has plenty of potential, that's not the problem. My problem is with how it's written. The prose is off, there are numerous errors, and I feel like the whole thing is rushed. Like, that first part could have easily been 4-5 chapters longer, and it would have been better for

So, next chapter, sorry about the huge wait. · 8:17pm Jun 8th, 2015

So, I just finished my next chapter, but it hasn't been edited yet. I'm going to apologize for this one ahead of time, because this one is a bit of an exposition chapter. I needed to set out some ground rules with how magic actually worked in this world, and I really couldn't figure any other way out to show what I needed to show. At any rate, I hope I didn't disappoint you guys.

If you wanted to have a sneak peek and to make suggestions, you can find the Google doc here.

What's your name that'll appear on Docs?

Once again, your chapter just raises even more questions. Why do you only dole out so much information to a starving child? Or giving only a sip of water to a man dying of thirst?

I only have one question. How the hell did you get the chat thing to actually work with someone not listed as shared to them on the document. It let me open it (didn't try typing). Every time I have tried to use it with friends in my own documents I had to add them (their google email) to the document under share.

3133213 When you share a document through a link, you are allowed to dictate what people with that link can do. I checked the box marked "people with link can comment."

3133224 [Anyone who has the link can comment] Is how I share usually with friends. But it never seems to let them click the chat thing (stays grayed out) unless I specifically add them to the document also. Tried with them making a document a little while back and received the same results.

On yours, the chat bot was not greyed out. When I clicked it, its said it was going to make me no longer anonymous and opened it up. Even seen 3 things typed into it. Stupid Google. Its a conspiracy against me!:twilightangry2:

3133236 Just remember: Even though you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to get you!
