I bet you thought I was radio silent. Sorry. So, I've now turned the original first chapter into two chapter-one retaining the original name "Empty Chairs and Empty Tables" whereas the other has the name "From the Ashes". From there, I have a third chapter "A Visit from Mom" planned.
Don't get you're hopes up too high for that last one though, it's probably going through a name change and I've not even written "From the Ashes" yet. Still, should be pretty exciting.
I don't even know how many chapter I'm going to write for The Canterlot Attack but my current estimate is about 5-6 chapters. What do you think?
Also, got a lot to do this week and the next, and pretty much 'til the end of the first week of June, so don't expect too much for awhile. 
Okay dude, I understand! I'm looking forward to those chapters, though!

Oh I know that's like, believe me. That's sad, but your story is going pretty well, all things considered. Without a doubt I'd say it's better than mine (although it does have two chapter and thus is always better than my sad little one chapter story.)
