The new Life is Strange Episode · 12:57pm May 26th, 2015
Only three hours ago I downloaded it and finished it. That twist at the end I did not expect, nor will anyone.
Okay, I know I always say 'no spoilers for you' but this time I have to give spoilers.
SPOILERS BELOW!!!!!
This newest episode has Max sneaking out of her dorm in the middle of the night to meet Chloe to raid the principal's office but once they're about to leave you're presented with a choice. Stealing five thousand dollars or leaving it where you found it.
Once you decide that Chloe decides to go for a swim in the school pool and you have to go along with her. Inside after your short swim you have to hide from two guards and escape the poolhouse which leads to Max sleeping over at Chloe's and a choice of either kissing Chloe or not. (Not a spoiler: I made Max kiss her.) Then after breakfast you get the choice of ripping into David or defending him and after that it's back to Two Whales Diner to meet Frank.
Dealing with Frank requires talking with the cop that's in the diner and Nathan in order to get Frank's key to get into his RV. But inside the RV is Frank's dog. After that you get a choice of throwing the treat Chloe found into the street or into the parking lot. If you choose the street the dog will get run over by a semi. If you choose the parking lot, the dog lives. After that Chloe takes Max back to the school where Max finds out about her newest power: using pictures to go back in time and being able to change things. She then uses it to go back in time and change Chloe's Dad's death. What happens... well, I'll get there soon.
Once you can control Max again after that You find that she was actually invited into the Vortex Club instead of being ignored and on the bus ride to Chloe's house (where David is actually the bus driver) everybody on the bus sees beached whales. I should explain the relevance of this. All through this episode you can find dead birds lying on the ground everywhere you go and the fish in the bay.... Well, there isn't any fish in the bay.
When Max gets to Chloe's house... Chloe's dad answers the door and calls for Chloe. Who is badly injured and in a wheelchair. The episode cuts off right there.
So what does this have to do with WWTW? Barely anything right now, but I will be adding the new power in later and boy is it going to change things! I'm not going to give spoilers about that though, so you'll just have to wait and see what happens.
I know I said I'd do an Ask Max blog for this one, but I have only two questions so far.
Your question/s don't have to be just for Max, you can ask anyone that is alive in her universe a question. Until I get at least fifteen questions I'm not going to do the next Ask Max blog.
I have a feeling you will revive some pones.....but there might me a twist...and maybe killing comander hurricane as well, something similar maybe.
