Night of the Shy: Notice of Hiatus and new non-grimdark story information · 11:59pm Oct 10th, 2011
Night of the Shy has been marked "On Hiatus," as it will be undergoing a big revamp. I'm not happy with the pacing, and I kinda shoehorned ideas in to match Season 2 suddenly, and interrupted the story plan I had, so I'm going back and will make sure I have a bit more cohesive plot now before I proceed again. Just a note that if the changes to the story are drastic enough, I may delete its current story entry and make the revamped story a new story entry
However, I will not bow to a few certain pony's objections and change certain parts of the story's content. This is my Grimdark pony fic, it will stay appropriately Grimdark.
In the meantime, to fill the gap during the revamp wait, I am working on a completely NON-GRIMDARK one-shot crossover with Kim Possible. There will be two versions of this story: The original version will be in actual script format, but I will do a prose adaptation because FanFiction.net's Document Manager didn't like the script formatting when I tested it (it works fine here and on Google Docs), and my KP fic fans over there would absolutely crucify me if they discovered I'd written this and they didn't get to read it.
Why is the original version going to be in script format? Well, here's the story's plot:
In the Kim Possible episode "Dimension Twist," The Pan dimensional vortex inducer was accidentally crossed with a TV signal, sending the characters through a myriad of TV shows. However, the writers went a little overboard with one segment of the episode, which had to be cut for time. That segment has been found, and we present it to you now.
Things you can expect: Some KP characters turning out to be bronies, and Shego vs. Pinkie Pie hilarity. Oh, and POSSIBLY vegetarian nacos.
