You'd have to turn off the View Mature setting to see it, but it's there!
Yeah, I know, it's no big deal. It's just an algorithm, basically no heavy influence from people. But I'm still glad for it. I've been here for about eight months, and I've finally gotten featured. On a fic that, Ironically, took over a day to get accepted.
Two cases of my patience paying off!

For me, it means someone's paying attention to what I write. It makes me feel good.
3076879 In the section where you reply, there's a little icon of a picture/landscape kinda thingie. CLick on that, it'll give you a window with a text box below it. Enter the image URL of the pic you want to use, and the pic should appear in the window. Then click "Add Image", and the URL will show up with tags in the reply box. When you post, the image itself will be there. Hope that helps.

You have to use a screencapping program of some sort. He has those screenshots hosted on Facebook.
My suggestion is to use your Google+ account. If you go to your profile, there's a dropdown menu when you mouse over "Home" called "Photos" and you can upload any photo you want there and get a unique URL for posting pictures. It's also anonymous; no one can tell what account hosted it.

Also you're gonna hate me for this but when I opened your screen cap the very first thing I noticed was that Chaos vs Order had been updated.
3076879 All you have to do is screencap it, open some sort of picture editing program, paste it in, crop, save it as a jpeg, upload it somewhere, (FB, Dev art, whatever works.) then embed here. Sounds long, but it's a really quick process.

I tinkered with it there, uploaded that to Facebook, and just did the same thing she did in her comment. It works the same way, after all.

I guess I didn't explain the whole thing.
You can get screenshots one of two ways. There's the Print Scrn key:

which will get your entire screen, or the snipping tool:
capture-screenshot.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/Where-to-find-Snipping-Tool.jpg
which will let you get parts of your screen. The Snipping Tool lets you save the screenshot directly to a file, whereas Print Scr will copy it to your clipboard, then you have to go into Paint and paste the picture, then edit it around to make it look right, then save it.
Then, you go to your Google account:

Mouse over "Home" and select "Photos" from the list:
