Rewrite Or Entire Overhaul Of Rise Of The CCCP, Plus A Poll

I will be rewriteing the entire story, so the Reaper story will be pushed back, plus I have a little poll for you. Should the Union act like the Encalve and with similar technology, or make it like Gorbachev's Union or a little of both?
