Release of the new arc of TwiGuard is a go, live and in effect for you public lambasting! The new arc title, Twilight Sparkle of the Royal Guard: The Rising, is a reference to the alternate ending to the first arc I had originally planned. In that ending, Cadance died, and Twilight returned home to live with Basenji's pack, becoming a Diamond Dog. She has Basenji turn Cadance's ashes into diamonds, and she carries them into battle, becoming Punished Twilight. That ending would have led to a new arc where she made a full frontal assault on Zanzebraland to destroy the unstoppable superweapon, PONY GEAR

In the third installment Twilight will figure out how to transform the Cadiamonds back into a living Crystal Pony from an ancient tome that is recovered from the library of Sombra the Mareachi Dancer after his defeat by Lady Rarity and Sir Spike during a brutal 17 hour shindig.
Once again, I find evidence that I am the only sane one here.
And then, I remember that I am responsible for this, and nothing seems sane anymore.
That would have made a wonderful April Foal's Day joke. Shame on you for now pranking your readers!
