New Life

I haven't really bothered with blog entries, but I recently decided that I want to start recording events in my life and such, and doing it on FimFiction saves me registering on any other sites, plus I can include pony stuff here, so Win Win situation really. Also, I'm aware of how majorly interested in my life you all must be, and feel it is my duty to feed that interest.... haha, just kidding. If for some strange reason you are interested, I'd be happy to receive your comments, however mainly this is just for me to babble on and vent stuff. Give you a little insight as to how weird I am in real life. The grammar is probably going to be dismal here, just a warning.

So I recently moved towns, and now live in a shared house with a few others. It's okay, I'm pretty timid around people until I get to know them, and everyone there is really over-the-top friendly. So I'm hoping they don't think my quietness is boring. People in my home town genuinely aren't quite so bubbly, I guess I'm finding it hard to adapt at the minute. Hoping either I will get more involved, or they will begin to understand that although I'm relatively quiet, I actually am happy. Some people get it, other's dont... it's tough to judge.

When I'm not at work, I tend to spend the majority of the day in my room, so I've had plenty of time to work on my pony stories. Silver Lining has reached a pretty exciting point, as I get to re-introduce Apple Pippin and writing his character in my own way. Might do some art for him at some point too.

My new story, Chronicles of the Cutie Markless, is a fun little project. I really, really enjoyed the season 5 premiere (and I'm super fussy with premiers) It actually made me reflect quite a lot, as I can honestly think of some tough moments in my life when I actually have wished that I could give up any differences I have to others. Either in order to better be accepted, or to prevent the possibility of screwing something up, or to flat out avoid some kind of problem or responsibility. I'm sure there are many of you who have felt the same way, and in that moment of weakness it actually wouldn't have been hard for us to join some equality group where everybody is the same, even though ultimately you know it's wrong. I don't take making mistakes very well, I'm the type of person who will break a mug and fret about it for a week if someone else saw me do it. Haha.
