Rewriting Chapter 4 is taking a while, partly due to the amount of changes being made complicating matters, and partly due to the much lower motivation fixing something has when compared with creating something new. I'd planned to have it up on the site days - nearly weeks - ago, but whilst I am making progress, it is of the slow and steady variety.
Because of this, I'm going to start work on Chapter 5 right now, rather than after finishing 4's rewrite as I had planned. Whilst I have been working on both the rewrite and the new chapter, I've been focusing mostly on fixing my mistakes, but since that is taking damn near forever and causing me more stress than I'd really like right now, I'm shifting my priorities towards creation rather than repair.
4's rewrite will still likely be uploaded before Chapter 5 - since even split into two parts as it's going to be, 5 is threatening 4's title of longest chapter in the story and will therefore take quite a while to finish - but I'm just letting you know that the rewrite is going to take longer than planned, but the next installment may come sooner than I'd anticipated.
This will probably be of no concern to most of you, but I still like to keep you up to date on these things, even if the majority of the changes I make aren't usually big enough for you to be concerned. I'm a blogging addict, I know, but at least I'm not informing you of every little subsection of chapter being completed the moment it's happened (I actually did that once, before coming to the realisation that no one really cared since the story wasn't even uploaded on-site at that point).

Honestly, I'd rather see new material than fixed old stuff, so if you'd rather write it, then I see no reason not to fulfill both our desires.
