What happens when a life-changing event occurs that shapes your whole life? What if that event occurs when life has barely begun? If a kid has dealt with more issues in six years than most can handle in a lifetime, how do you think they'd feel?

    Hey, Everyone!

A comment on my previous blog reminded me that I didn't update here yet, but it still won't be horribly long.

    I Live!

But I’m on a buttload of drugs and am going to pass out.

Surgery went great, even better than expected. I’ll elaborate more later.

    Until next time!

Update on Crimson and Other Stuff · 10:20pm Apr 12th, 2015

Hey There Everyone,

For anyone that's been waiting on Crimson, hopefully you remember what I last said about what I was doing in terms of updating: first revamping, then finishing the writing, then editing, and finally publishing the rest within a short time span (likely a chapter a day).

Well, after catching up with a lot of other stuff I had to do, I'm finally done revamping the earlier chapters. There wasn't really a ton to change or add, but I think it was enough to provide what I think was missing. If not, my editor will probably help me out when we go back and edit it again from the beginning (yes, we're going back to the beginning, but going through the already-published chapters shouldn't take too long).

I can now pick up where I left off, at chapter 36. I've already started it, but there are certain aspects that I need to make sure I'm writing properly. I'm also bouncing back and forth between that chapter and later ones to make sure I don't forget certain things that I want to have written down, a method that I'm sure many of you are familiar with.

I think I'm done for the weekend. I'm actually going in to get my latest scan results tomorrow to hopefully confirm that my stem cell transplant did its job. Please cross your fingers for me— I'm hoping for a cancer-free scan.

Update: COMPLETE REMISSION! After a follow-up in two months, and another scan two months later, if the results are the same, then we should be able to call the stem cell transplant a success! :yay:
