Season 5: Bringing Back The Glory

"This is what FiM is about to me.

People get lost in the canon vs. fanon, the shipping wars, the best/worst pony debates and decide they're sick of it all or try to twist the world into something it's not.

It's just my opinion, but I think Friendship is Magic is best enjoyed for what it is: a show about colorful cartoon horses and the lessons about friendship they learn. It's supposed to be fun, happy and magical, and when you throw logic at it or subvert it you lose its essence. It's good fun, sometimes you need to forget internet flame wars and actually watch an episode or two of the show to remember that. Perhaps what I'm trying to say is you get out of it what you put in, but that's just the same for anything."
