Obviously, this post is a little late. Thank you ALL for following and reading my stories. It means more to me than you will ever know that even one person sees and enjoys what I do. I have been inactive lately, and I have all kinds of excuses, but I won't bore you with my personal life. It's not like it's sad or gory, anyway. I still have a ton of fics to read, and a ton of fics to write. You can expect more fics from me later. I have a few that are well underway, and a few more that are just beginning, but I haven't been at my best lately, and I don't want to bring crap to the table upon my return.
Even worse, I haven't had much time to read fics either. I'm sitting on 6 updates, which is a record low this year, and over 350 in my RiL list.

Sorry I've been slow to keep up with you guys. I was sending the 5s chapters you guys have already seen to another pre reader for extra feedback. If you haven't seen them, it's because I didn't expect you to click 'read more' If that's the case, tell me how much you want to see that story, and it might encourage me to write faster. I managed to get two chapters of that story edited so far, and found out that they will still probably need more. I have ideas for the next few chapters, but haven't gotten around to them.
As for what's taking up my time, I traded rooms with my sister. Basically, she needed far more room than I did, so she bought me out of it with some computer parts. Since the move, I've been frantically reorganizing everything I own trying to get comfortable, but to little avail. Most of my time has been taking up by frivolously playing games on the new computer, or taking apart old ones. I got another one of my old ones to work, not that it's very useful, and I found out which parts were bad in some others and threw them away. My new computer basically does everything I want it to, making most of the other ones obsolete, save for their stability. I'm demo-ing Windows 10 on this machine, and so far, it's not going well. The features are fine and all, and I'm sure I would recommend it to anyone if it were ready, but it's far from that. I've gotten several freezes, driver issues, and problems with multiple displays. I use it to play minecraft and Skyrim, and for internet videos, so those have taken up my time too.
Aside from the games and shoddy tinkering, I've been watching tv. Mostly Quantum Leap, but since I finished that, I went back to ponies, and even drew some ponies from scenes in the episodes I got through. I would show them off, but since they're essentially the same as the image in the show, there's not much to present. I want to draw more Celestia and Spike.
I've also been having trouble sleeping at night, so I've been exhausting myself in the daytime or sleeping at erratic times while trying to adjust, which screws up my mood. I'm not a happy camper when I can't sleep, and unhappy writing is poor writing in my case. That's been the main problem throughout this time.
Basically, I'm lazy. Sorry for that.

I want to see more chapters of your 5s story! You're pretty awesome. I'd also love to see those drawings. Been missing you, but didn't want to inundate you. Glad to see a post from you again.

I don't have *more* chapters of it just yet. I'll be busy through the weekend and such, but I have posted it unpublished, and I've gotten a ton of feedback already just for the first two chapters. Canary in the Coal Mine is very thorough.
