That picture is completely unrelated to anything save for me enjoying Payday 2. I'd have put one for Elite Dangerous but can't find one for it. Or I wasn't looking in the right location.
In any case, if you get this blog and aren't following me that's because this one's about The Apple's Science.
First off, thanks for the various comments and faves. Nice to know it's being well received so far! Hasn't made the feature box, sadly, which would have been nice but I'm just gonna chalk that up to me being an impatient bastard and really bad timing.
After all, when Pen Stroke decides to unleash a Past Sins related fic and Imploding Colon rips us apart with more abuse of Dash... Yeaaaaaah.
Good news is that chapter two is well underway as of right now. Currently clocking in at about 4000 words with a rough half remaining. I'd expect it to hit maybe 6-8k by the time we get done with it?
There will, I'll say now, be a third chapter and if I'm right it should be the ending.
But. Bad news time.
You won't see it out until next week. This is due to Garnot having a week-long buisness trip to attend to that will effectively destroy any effort to get online. And I could make an attempt to finish myself, but it just wouldn't feel right, you know?
This is something me and him are doing together. It seems fitting. I may be crazy, though.
Now for the good news. I've decided to try and shoot this toward EqD. I figure if I can't make the FB, I might as well try for them. I've been going over the current chapter to stamp out a few more formatting issue and Garnot has enlisted Prak to tear up a bit more so it looks pretty. If you think you can do better, by all means, PM me. Also, that was to a select group. They know who they are.
I have also decided to neeeeeever again use that broken as hell Google Import feature.
Lesson learned. Painfully.
Anyway. That's all I have today, thanks again for the faves and such. It's truly appreciated!

In all honesty, this wasn't intended to be anything more than a one shot designed to get Garnot back into writing.
The fact that it DID become this is pure accident and we really don't see much need to make it some ungodly length thing.

I honestly don't get what's wrong with the GDoc import. I've never had any problems with it.
