Okay, so it might (or might not) come to you guys as somewhat of a surprise, but I've been growing less and less interested in writing pony stories these days. I've whittled myself down to only posting one shots, rather than the multi-chapter stories I was originally known for.
I've been focusing far more on my own, original work, rather than pony fanfiction. There is only so much I can do with another person/companies IP, and I'd prefer to spend what little time I have for writing on something that I can either sell or publish myself.
The issue is, though, I have a few incomplete stories that have a reasonable following, and quite a few people asking "when is X going to be updated." I've put this off for long enough, and I feel like a douche telling people "when I get the time."
Truthfully, I am not likely to get the time any time soon.
So, rather than cancelling said stories and having them languish in the land of the unfinished, I thought I would offer said stories up for others to take over, if they want. Bear in mind, I will not just give these stories to the first person who says "Yeah, I want them!" A lot of these stories are like my babies, and I will be vetting the ability of the authors who want to take them over, i.e. if you can't write, and the stories on your account show this, I won't be handing the stories over.
A Daughter and Her Dragon

This is the big one, the one I get asked about fairly often. A few of my followers are aware of the issues I have had with this fic, and I still have the notes for my original plans for the story. Though, if you take this story on, you won't be obligated to follow said direction, of course.

This one has no plans what so ever. It was a random one I was writing to get me through some of my writers block.
Guarding My Prince

This story had a plan, but I am not sure how solid an idea it was.
All of the fics would be transferred to the new account. I also have several other unreleased fics that I haven't finished, which are available for the grabs too.
Expecting: The Liar, The Apple and the Foal

I had planned a bit with this one, but never planned on releasing until it was finished (like I did with Floret) due to the size of it and not wanting to let readers down with yet another non-updating story.

by Anonymoose VampDashSunset Shimmer could never have her princess, so she set her sights on one closer to her new home.
She will have Celestia, no matter what it takes.
A dark fic I could never get finished, as I ran out of steam and couldn't work out how to realistically finish it. Kind of a shame, given I've written so much of it already.
Those are the incomplete ones that have some writing done, I have a tonne of other ideas that never even made it past brainstorming.
My other, complete fics… well, some of them I promised sequels to (This Date series), I am happy for people to write their own, or expand upon those fics.
I have revoked The Black Throne, as I plan on using most of that world building for a non-pony story in the future.
Anyways, this blog is long enough, damn it. I know it is going to piss a few people off (yep, waiting for the "what the fuck are you thinking?" from Level Dasher that will be coming my way in the next few hours), but if you are interested in picking up any of these stories, let me know in the comments or a PM.
I will reiterate, I will not be giving these to the first people that message or respond, I'd prefer see these stories cancelled and never finished than hand them off to someone who doesn't at least have the basic understanding of how to write a good story.

Sadly, I've never read any of these precisely because they're unfinished.
I'll ask Level Dasher about some of these. You're correct of course, he's going to kill you.
"A Daughter and Her Dragon" sounds interesting because it's an excellent premise and could go so many ways.
"Expecting: The Liar, The Apple and the Foal" sounds interesting to me too. PM me and LD, we'll see what we can do.

You'll get no argument from me! Frankly, I've been waiting to sit back and watch as some of the best pony writers begin writing and focusing on original fiction. And I am cheering it on. I can't keep up with multi-chapter work either, not to mention the guilt involved in neglecting my own work.
That said, you know that if I WERE going to ask to adopt one of your babies, it would be Equestria Boys.

Frankly, I'm not really surprised. You've had a lot of stuff going on and a lot less time for pony.
There's only one story here that I had a real connection with, so I'm going to say one thing: I'm sorry, 2904621, but Moose, if you hand Daughter and Dragon over to anyone other than me, I'm going to kill BOTH of you.
You may have been that story's father, but I was its uncle (I also already have access to the notes, so I know EXACTLY where the story was going). Shah, I'd be happy if you would help me edit the rest when I get to it, though.
By the way, Moose, I know it's my turn right now, but you're not getting away without finishing C4 with me first. We put too much effort into it to let it go by the wayside. I can give you some basics of what I'm planning, so if you want to jump ahead, go for it.
Ah, Just from the cover art alone I want to adopt A Daughter and her Dragon, but I don't even update my own stories enough as is. I hope they all find good homes.
