First time submitting a story to... everything. I think I'll keep track of which methods work the best. · 7:40pm Mar 21st, 2015
Okay, I might have gone a bit overboard with that 'Combat Training' story.
I think so far I've submitted it to Equestria Daily, the new version of Twilight's Library, the Writers Group, Shameless Self Promotion, a whole lot of other groups, and now I'm writing a blog post.
So far, I think the click-bait-y method I used in Shameless Self Promotion worked the best, as it gave me a comment, and possibly a few votes, but I can't really tell with the votes. I'll have to wait until it gets through EqD and all the other review groups before I can tell how well any of those work.
Also, since I like the character, I might be adding a few sequels and expanding the world around her, so if I can keep that up, then I'll see how much feedback constant posting gives.
That's right, through regular training and with all the best tools available to pony fanfiction, I'll see if can become one of the best attention whores horse word writers in pony fanfiction.

NOOOOOOO....
I fell for click-bait!
Ehh, it was worth it

Muahahahaha!
But honestly, click-bait takes a lot more effort to make that I thought it would. It has to be pretty small, maybe one or two lines at most in length; it has to talk about something that a lot of people can relate to; and it has to pique curiosity.
It's like an art, an art that's often barely related what it represents.
2897330 Ikr, everything is an art when it comes to attracting people to do something, and or admire/enjoy something
