I want this thing like Gollum wants the Ring. Like the silly rabbit wants a goddamn bowl of Trix. Hell, I'll say it: I want it like Ditzy Doo wants muffins.
Having unintentionally created fanon with my first-ever fanfic, one could even argue that I deserve it.
I'm not going to Comic-Con, though. It was never an option. I know it's going to be available online afterwards, but I don't know what my odds are of getting one.
In light of that, are any of my adoring fans perchance planning to attend? If so and you'd be willing to act as a middleman, let me know. Let's see what we can work out.
Will not be able to attend, sadly, but your Brony-Gollum image just screams for fan-art.
MUST. LEARN. TO. DRAW...
Some people are offering them on eBay as pre-orders.
Good luck! I have a friend who just got one from some kind of MLP con. So jealous!
Shut up and ALL my money!
Pre-orders are probably your best bet. They sold out within 20 minutes at the MLP Fair last weekend.
It will be easy to get these after the Comic Con . . . if you are willing to pay the inflated price. The good news is high-priced MLPs are always the first to hit eBay whenever a collector hits hard times and needs to sell something to pay for a broken windshield or school books. She will be scarce for a few months after the SDCC, then appear in gradual numbers on eBay.

Craaap.
I'm not exactly rolling in cash. I don't think I can justify those prices.
The price at ComicCon is $20, IIRC, so you're not likely to get it for much less than $40, if you're lucky. The pre-orders I've seen are, like, $60.
Believe me, $60 is nothing compared to what the price will likely be *after* ComicCon.

Erf. I realize I should strike while the iron is hot, but I'm really having a hard time convincing myself that it's worth sixty bucks for me to have this.
Well, I went and did it. Saw what was going on with the prices while I hemmed and hawed and realized it would only get worse if I waited, plus rechecked my finances and figured I could swing it.
