OK so, The next chapter of WMHB is almost done. And i really do mean that. Not like when I say that my homework is almost done or the dished are almost done or my grad-school application is almost done. By which i mean I haven't even started it and I just need something to placate my demanding mother/girlfriend/inner aspirations.

But I actually mean that I have the whole thing typed out except three of four paragraphs of dialogue, the disclaimer, and the formatting.

So with any luck I'll have the new chapter ready to post tonight! YAY! But this is what I have been wondering. Is there an optimal time to post a new update, to get the most new viewers? Like are more people more likely to see the 'latest updates' part of the home page on a Saturday afternoon, or on a Wednesday morning? And if people are more likely to visit then, are story updates posted more often then to take advantage of the higher traffic. But seeing how the 'latest updates' page only has so many stories on it, wouldn't more frequent updates mean less time for a single story to be displayed?

I also wounder if my readers like my quirky disclaimers or if they just get glossed over as a force of habit. If there is any better way to do the formatting on my story. (seriously, it the no-double-spaced-but-indented-paragraphs and the beginning quotations for referenced speakers in paragraph isn't working for anypony, just let me know and I can change it.) I also wounder why the chiken crossed the road, how a house can burn up and down at the same time, and why hot dogs come in packs of 10 but buns only come in packs of 8.
Somethings will just have to remain a mystery I suppose.
