Fimfic Hiatus 3/9/15

Hello everyone, Liam here with a bit of an update on the fanfics. I have decided to take a break from writing for a bit, due to being congested with schoolwork and a recently acquired gym membership; I have managed to lose ten pounds over the course of six weeks, and I want to get into better shape aswell. These, combined with my work schedule, have left me swamped. I do intend to start back up as the school semester unwinds, though I may start back up earlier.

While I am here, I'd like to open up a bit to you all :)

I am glad I got the opportunity to write on this website, and it is thanks to all of the readers out there that I got as far as I did. When I first joined in 2011, I found myself in a position where I would have half-baked concepts and just lob them out there. Days of a New Life and The Crucible were my first two pony fics, the former being quickly deleted by myself after I learned that it was just another HiE clone, and The Crucible was scrapped due to it being a really bad concept altogether, along with my poor execution at the time. That, and with Wish Upon a Star: The Story of an Equestrian Superhero being a rather stagnant story even now, I had found myself ready to just give up writing.

It was during a car trip to New Jersey that I decided to give one more go at writing stories, and that was how Equestrian Throwdown came into existence. I really expected it to flop when I wrote the first two chapters, and I am genuinely touched to see that just the opposite happened; now I am 20 chapters in and had given myself a basic outline of Chapter 21. I really want to thank all of you for helping me get this far, and I can not express how much I appreciate the support and do it justice.

I will still be lurking about on the website during the hiatus, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask them and I will reply to them as soon as I can.
