I've never seen a place that's quite like this. Everything is turned around; this crazy world is upside down.

Her Story Fluttered in the Absence of Ink: An Auditory Interpretation · 7:34am Mar 1st, 2015

Howdy, y'all.

If we were having a conversation in person right now, this would be the part right after the opening hellos where you ask me "How you doing?" and I would probably answer something to the effect of "Fine." despite the fact that the previous eight hours of my life have redefined the term "bad day."

Despite the indescribable atrociousness of my work day, though, I came home to something rather magical. A user by the name of Thornquill has taken it upon himself to produce a reading of one of my personal favourites among my own stories—Her Scarf Fluttered in the Absence of Wind, and Her Sapphire Glittered in the Darkest of Nights. But the reading was far more than I expected. It was like biting into a piece of chicken and expecting it to be a reasonable meal, and then having your world turned upside down by a perfectly seasoned, tenderly cooked, knock-off-Gordon-Ramsay's-socks bite of heaven's chicken itself. The amount of character and life brought to the story by both Thornquill and his guest voice talent Scribbler are utterly fantastic, and something that I highly recommend you experience if you enjoyed the original story.

Seriously, I'm flattered by this. Little did I know how the story I wrote about on a whim about a dragon—and now its sequel—would inspire such marvelous works. Thank you very much, Thornquill and Scribbler.

Keep on Keeping on,
—Arg
