Luna, Cadence and I are all so old we stopped counting. If someone wants to do the math, go ahead, but I'm going to forget it. Twilight will also reach this point of not giving a damn about age as a number, probably as soon as the first millenium passes. Average life expectancy varies depending on inherent stupidity and/or moments of fortune, but typical ponies should live as long as Granny or Mayor Mare, and both are easily past 150.
More than you think, but less than it seems to appear. In other words, I do so much to try and keep this place from going to the slums, but hardly any of it is ever shown.

Yes. Many, many times. The most recent is Luna after she stole my cheat cakes. Target's always the moon.
Yes. Smoothies are great for spittakes in day court. Granted, anything works for spittakes, but smoothies are the best.
Yes. Once, out of morbid curiosity when I found out Luna loved it. Still prefer tea. Also, As soon as I lowered the sun and raised the moon--NOT easy, don't let anyone fool you otherwise--I slept immediately. I can't remember the name of it, but there was a fic where Pinkie became Discord's mother, because time travel. It seemed so plausible.
