I try not to add my voice whenever there's already a legion of mourning wailing, but...

This is Mr. Spock were talking about.

R.I.P.

I'll keep the nerd-out short out of respect, but Star Trek is something I've had a love-hate relationship with all the way since my childhood.

But be it at it's most insipid lows or the towering heights of sublime is sometimes reached... Star Trek was never a boring ride.

And without a certain Shakespearean taking a silly alien with elf ears as serious as any other role, I doubt Star Trek would have been even half the titan among giants it became.

The world is a poorer place today then it was yesterday. Tired old words, I know, but I mean them from my heart.

He will be missed.

ts nice to see so many here looking to all the great things the man inspired for us of our generation. And hearing so many speak of him in such good lights brings a tear to the eyes. I'll miss all he brought.

I am surprised to see only two hits when searching stories for 'Spock'.
