New Chapter for Wisp

Got the new chapter up, and of those who wondered why there was a some time between chapter 3 and 4, it is due to work having sudden and mandatory overtime. So the story is still going to progress and I hope to get back into a weekly, or at most every two week, entry. But I am not letting the fun fall to the wayside, story wise, so giving that update.

Also, there is one final chapter in the "Introduction Arc" that has been ever so, and perhaps, too long. So expect some fighting in the next chapter and then onto progressing character interaction in an less chaotic environment. Well, for a bit at least.
