If you have hands and a word processor, you can write, and should.

    Bins full of paste

    Hello readers,

I know how my progress has ground to a halt in recent weeks (see: months). I put it down to my day job and whiling away the hours on CSGO, and for that I can only hope that you will forgive me.

    It's Alive!

    Hello readers,

I apologise for the enormous hiatus with Grey Aribter. I've been busy with the last of this semester's assignments and stuff so I've had very little time for anything except work work work.

That's a wrap · 3:06am Feb 10th, 2015

Chapter 3 is done in first draft (I said it would contain Applejack but it didn't in the end. The material controls me, not the other way around). I'm going to leave it for a couple of days, review it, then publish. It'll be out late on 11/02 (that's GMT 0, I'm a tea sucking limey if it wasn't obvious).

In the meantime I'll write another Detective Applebloom short and begin work on chapter 4, which will feature the Apples (I really mean it this time). There's a two-week semester break coming up so I'll probably have more time to write during that time, so perhaps I'll pull a John Creasey and bosh out chapters at a velocity exceeding the speed of light. That's perhaps with a capital P though. Interruptions to my writing schedule are rather routine in my world.

Overall, I'd say the whole story is about a third done (including the as yet unpublished third chapter). I don't plan on turning this into one of those 500,000 word heavyweights that Anthony Trollope would be proud to call his own.

Questions are always welcome, and I'm still looking for a proof-reader.

Stay gold.
