No More Waiting!

Sorry for my long hiatus. For a while I felt as if I couldn't write anything.

As you guys have probably noticed (or maybe you've forgotten me) I've been taking an long time with writing Sugar, Sugar.

Weeks, probably. An obscenely long amount of time.

Sweetie Belle ain't happy.

Sorry, Sweetie.

But I have an excuse! ~~The dog ate my homework~~ real life caught up to me for a little while; vacations, relatives, the 9 to 5 drudgery.

However, there's more to it than that. (There usually is, if I write a whole blog post about it.)

I did write the first chapter, but it was bland, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie were out of character, and the central premise was weak.

I stepped away from the glowing screen for a few days, and it became clear that for the story to be any good, I'd need to take it in a different direction.

Don't worry, it'll still be about Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy working together as sugar spies/thieves!

It'll just be better. (And take longer.)

But don't worry. This show's still on the road.
