So, Some Bad News

I'm not sure how many of you have noticed by this point, but when it comes to Tenna I haven't really been writing for it. Or... I'll be honest, you've probably noticed. But I'm not sure if you've seen it marked as "Canceled".

There are several reasons I've done this, and this blog is what I owe you. An explanation.

For the the longest time after I posted the last chapter, I realized I had written myself into a hole. At my friends urging I had tried to make the story about more than Tenna, but to make Tech more than a 2D character and more essential. That was what the whole three chapter arc was supposed to be about, starting to give him a plot element to intertwine with Tenna's.
But, after two chapters of that, I had just written myself into a rut. I knew where it was going to head, but what about after? I didn't want to rush it and end up with a story that I could do nothing with.

But, that's all Could've, Should've, Would've, right now.

A bit ago, I had a fallout with the owner of the OC that the story is based on, known as Tenna. I say I had a fallout, but...
I'm bringing up old memories now. Suffice to say, things went badly, and I don't know if it'll ever be fixed. And with that happening, the last of the steam I had to write the story left me. I don't know how I'm going to write it now, so... for the time being, and presumably indefinitally, Tenna... is canceled. I would say the story is up for adoption, but it's not my character to give away.

I'm sorry to everyone that was waiting for a new chapter, and I'm sorry for letting you all down.

Maybe... in the future I'll finish up this chapter I have sitting in the box, and post it as the final chapter, but... I don't see it happening soon.

Well I'm sorry to hear about your falling out with Tenna's OC owner. I've seen something like this happen before. It sucks. But what can you do? You have other stories that you can write so don't let this one thing get you down too much.
