I am re-posting 'Dragon Wars' as 'A Dragon at War'. I believe it has a better ring to it.
There are some things I need to set straight that I noticed from the reviews of my and a few other war stories. This isn't just for me, it's for the other military/war writers as well. I hope that you all pay attention and understand as you read. Six simple things I hope you take the one minute needed to read it.

1) These are Ponies, Dragons and all sorts of creatures, so PLEASE cut us some slack in your comments! Things will be different than in real life! It's meant to, it's a story! For entertainment!

2) My knowledge, as well as other writers, on ANY form of military is LIMITED to what I/we gather from the Internet, Books and Movies! I am NOT a military person (Though I respect those that are, serving your Country is very admirable). I'm sure the others tell you they are not as well, so please be mindful. I am doing my best as a writer, not a fighter.

3) This will not be a modern based military fic. This will be more Medieval, it fits the whole sword and sorcery deal much better, don't you agree? There may be hints of modern military, but not too specific. The whole choice between modern/advanced weapons and magic kind of renders the other unnecessary.

4) Because of the previous reviews, I am re-doing the fic to be more acceptable to both sides. A touch of the affects of wars while keeping the friendship alive.

5) Not everything here will be original. Some...ok most were inspired from other stories, (web)comics, movies, ect. I am open to assistance from readers and fellow writers. If you wish to, send me a Message with an idea(s), also a name for credit. Not a comment, a message.

6) Constructive criticism is welcome and even appreciated. Just don't go telling how bad it is or how much it sucks, no one likes that. It kills the will to write. So either be nice and helpful, or PLEASE stay silent! If you don't like it then don't read. It's. That. Simple. Or better yet, WRITE YOUR OWN, show us how it's done! PLEASE!

That is all, 'A Dragon at War' should be posted soon.
