Hey there,
I would just like to take a moment to make a tribute to my cat, Boogey Man. Don't laugh....okay laugh. That old man has used up about 11 of his 9 lives, and today he made a trip up to kitty heaven. He was 15....so....we saw this coming. But anyway, he had THE most AWESOME life a cat could have, so I wanted to share it with anyone who cares to read something labeled "Cat Tribute".
First off: he was bad-ass. Huge black cat with style. That motha was shot in between his shoulder blades with a bee bee gun once (damn neighbors). He just kept walking around like that until we noticed it, and he gave zero shits when we pulled it out. Also, less bad ass (and I'm ashamed) apparently when I was little, I carried him over my shoulder by his tail....and still, he gave zero shits.
Second: Every time someone picked him up, didnt matter who it was, he purred like there was no tomorra. He didnt even care when we got a kitten that constantly jumped all over him. In fact, he loved that kitten. He loved him so much that he would let him sleep on top of him. Even after he grew up. That kitten turned into a 17 pound fat ass and Boogey weighed like ten. Zero shits given.
Third: still bad ass. He went to jail for three months. Again, damn neighbors. We're pretty sure he was eating the birds at their feeders, so they got all pissed off and brought him to the animal shelter. If my mom hadn't seen an add for the shelter on Facebook, we never would have had that last 5 years with him.
Fourth: He was a snuggler. He slept next to me every night. He was my little buddy. He was f
cking awesome.
