The speed of fingers

Hi to everyone reading grey arbiter,

I hope you enjoyed it, or will enjoy it, or have come to enjoy it, or are currently in the process of enjoying it. If not, feel free to send me a strongly worded email or whatever saying why not. I'm no Andrew Dobson about criticism.

I would say I'm 1/4 done with the first draft of the next chapter. I'd expect to publish the next part in around a month or so. I know, just saying it makes me go 'urgh', but remember: i can write something quickly that will be bad forever, or write carefully, and give you something worth your time.

I don't mind if you don't leave a comment, or don't follow or whatever other social media functions this place provides. It's enough to know it's been viewed and rated.

EDIT 2:

Half done with first draft of chapter 2.

EDIT 3:

About 3/4 done? I dunno. I'm having trouble deciding where I should end this next chapter.

EDIT 4:

Almost done. If we're going for the 18,000 word count like chapter one, we're 8/9ths done. Adding in time between drafts, we're looking at publishing sometime around mid feb.
