In the only relevant news that can come from me that you'd want: The Publish Kreig is just a couple days from happening, thirteen to be specific. On the one year anniversary this story will get at least three chapters added in quick succession, the fact that I found an editor is the biggest reason for this, that and the sub par output of my writing. To be fair I've had some things change recently, and that has disrupted progress. However the sentimentalist in me, sporadic bastard that he is has decided to give me some vein of inspiration in the form of consistent story flow; probably because of the occasion.
Now I'm going to be honest here, I apologize for the lack of writing. More than that it's the fact that I didn't pursue editing as hard as I could have... Really though It gets daunting, having fourtyish thousand words just taking up space in G-docs.
Anyway, I hate to ask anything from anyone who has like this story, but is it possible that I can get some response from this site, the fact that even one person other than me laughed because of something I made is wonderful. I'd be an order of magnitude better if I could get a comment or message that said I cannot stop writing this though. But this is goodbye... for now. I hesitate to make a promise, but if I didn't think I could do it I wouldn't mention it.
Does saying that your story is one of the main reasons for me to write my own FoE fic is good enough? Or the fact that your fic is one of the few decent "human in FoE" stories that actually went somewhere with a good number of updates?
Oh you've always been my biggest vocal supporter... so it does help. Especially about the whole getting somewhere thing. The thing that always made me quite happy was the fact that even If I hadn't started a sub-genre I did it best for a awhile. So in short thank you Redemption, you have reminded me of why I posted the story on this site.
