Editing For Starbrought · 9:52pm Jun 30th, 2012
I originally only started editing for Shadow for his Kingdom Hearts fanfiction, which was quite an experience. I always knew I was good at editing, and quite frankly, I enjoyed being able to experience a totally different world before it was available to others. I stumbled upon Ethereal Cerberus slowly, occasionally being asked for advice. It turned into a larger involvement when Shadow asked me if I wanted to join in on the Skype conversation with the writers of Ethereal Cerberus. I grew to know the authors better and better, and eventually was included in the editing process. What I read (mostly) blew my mind. There were a few technical mistakes, some scenes that needed writing still, and ideas that were flowing so far out of the box that the Hoover Dam couldn't contain.
With some editing in place, some quick fixes and a lot of discussion, Starbrought took off, much to the amazement of myself and the co-writers involved. The story was good, and a few suggestions were made by the readers. It took off well with the readership, and hasn't had a dislike yet. I know some of the future plot points, and *no spoiler* I won't ruin it. I can't wait to see how the rest of this takes off, and I am really excited to see the readers continue to show their support and allow the writers to expand their abilities. So thank you to all who have read it or plan to read it, and I hope that we don't disappoint.
I'm proud to be on the Ethereal Cerberus team, and wouldn't want to edit for anyone else. (Although, if you'd like a beta reader, feel free to PM me. I love reading new, up and coming stuff.)
