My Next Story · 10:45pm Dec 27th, 2014
So, after lots of thought, I have decided that, yes, I will start a new story. I know, we've been through this before, but for once I'd like to make a story I will finish. Also, no, at the moment I will not continue any of the cancelled stories. Just too much heartbreak there. In fact, in a few days I'll be deleting Moonlight, so if you want the story at all you should download it. Yeah, I know it's unfair, but I wrote that when I was so mentally unstable that I had to go to a mental hospital, so I'm not likely to want to look at it again.
Now, onto happier things. As I said, I'll be writing a new story, though at the moment I am conflicted on what exactly to write. So, I'll let all you people have a voice in what my next story is, yeah? The main choices I'm leading toward are:
A) Romance story, a la the RarityxLuna story, though it doesn't necessarily have to be that. Fairly short and sweet, probably no more than 30k words.
B) Large-scale slice of life/detective/adventure story, a la Freeze Frame. Longer but still tightly-paced and exciting, around 70k-80k and a lot like classic Freeze Frame.
C) Large-scale adventure and action story, a la Reach or Transistance. Also fairly long but more leisurely paced with lots of exploring and looking at ideas. Probably 80k-90k
So, what do all of you think?
B or C. Both sound equally cool.
Too bad. Moonlight was kind of interesting. I understand if you don't want to continue it, though, for the aforementioned reasons. Thanks for the heads-up.
B & C sound good.
I'd go with B, though C is still good.
Obviously a RarityxLuna Mystery Adventure. But failing that, after seeing this post I just wanna see what you do with LunaxRarity.
Any of the above, though I'm probably leaning just a little bit more towards C.
Número dos.
Gotta go B or C.
(A) would probably be a lot less taxing as a story to finish. I have always been fascinated by your characters and dialogue; if this were a purely character-driven romance, then I would be content.
(B) is the most appealing to me, majorly influenced by my love for Freeze Frame. Noir is a genre that seemed comfortable to write in your hands.
(C) is by far though the most fascinating of the three choices. A little bit of the old worldbuilding and philosophizing has always reeled me in.
I would opt for A, myself. Besides being a romance — which is, apparently, my thing — it also seems like it might be shorter than the others, and given the current size of my library, that really would be ideal.

I'm feeling A.
D. All of the above.
Hmm. Honestly I could go for any of them, but B is probably what I'd most like to see. Not that I'd turn my nose up at the other options, mind.
I vote for the story you are most interested in writing.

But I'm interested in all three!
Personally, I think that C sounds the most appealing. (although any one of these would be okay with me, really...)

So you require us to pick a favorite? Come now, surely you favor one of them more than the others?
Well, if I was truly obligated to pick one, it would be C, but only because I'd like to see you apply worldbuilding beyond your maps.
I like B. Freeze frame is how I found you, so I think it would be cool to see another one.
That being said, the other two options sound good too.
Kinda feeling A, just to see what you could do with it. :B
C sounds nice, i really loved reach
C! C! I loved Reach so much! It was amazing!
I first found you through Transistance so I'm going to be biased and go with ( C. ) I loved your writing style and how you gave life to the world you were describing
But beyond that I hope you just have fun doing whatever and taking things at your own pace
