Spoiler Alert: Rainbow Rocks, Part One

: I don't know, Pinkie. Can we really just return from a hiatus with no warning? Aren't pon-er, people going to be a little unnerved to see us return after a, what, three month absence?
: No, silly! We all have lives outside of the site. I'm sure everybody knows that being the Elements of Harmony and part-time lab assistants to an ex-mad scientist means that we have erratic schedules. Besides, this way our review can be a nice Hearth's Warming Eve surprise!
: You mean a nice Christmas surprise. Still, I guess you're right. I HAVE been wanting to finally review X-Men Or....wait, what's this? A DVD and a letter? Hmm.

: O...kay then. Wait, what's on this DVD? Is this a RECORDING of my second trip to Canterlot High!? How on Equus....?!
: Ooh, is this the sequel? OMC, I've been waiting ages to watch this! I bet it's even better than the first movie!!
: Wait, there's a recording of my FIRST trip, too?! How? Why? And when did you get to see it?!
: Oh, you silly-filly! There's nothing to it. Just a hop, skip and a jump over the Fourth Wall! You know how it is.
: ....N-no, Pinkie, I have no idea how that is.
: Oh. Well, anyhoo, that's how I got to see it.
: ....aaand my understanding of the universe is flipped 180 degrees. Again. Must be a Wednesday. Let's get this review started before I can think too hard about this. For those of you don't know, this is the second film that shows me and Spike traveling the human world. As, you know, a human. And a dog. At a human high school. So reviewing this as a film instead of as life experiences should be interesting.
: Saw My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks today!

: The story began with a diner full of arguing patrons, who were somehow generating a thick green mist that was being drawn into ruby chokers by three singing girls in hoodies.
....you know, when you say that out loud, it makes the whole scenario almost seem a bit bizarre. Anyway, the three girls were sirens who had been banished from Equestria to Earth. Their names were Adagio Dazzle, the leader, Aria Blaze, the tough girl, and Sonata Dusk, who I can't even describe.

: BUT their conversation was interrupted as, in the distance, they saw the finale of the last film, as our human selves unleashed the GIANT, RAINBOW, FRIENDSHIP-MACGUFFIN MAGIC LASER........of DOOOOOOOOM!!
: ....there is no way in alla Tartarus that we're callin' it that.
: Too late; already copyrighted it. Anyhow, the sirens realized they had a new form of Equestrian magic to steal, and the opening title sequence rolled.
