So if you click here and can be bothered to rate loads of episodes against each other LOTS of times, you can find a ranking of your favorite to least favorite episodes! 
Just did mine and it took ages, was curious to see what I got though 
Expected most of my top 10 although I was a little surprised by some of them (didn't think I liked Green Isn't Your Colour and Inspiration Manifestation that much). Also Equestria Girls is in there at 10? 
Apparently my least favorite episode of all time is Wonderbolts Academy 
then Hearts and Hooves Day. Don't hate them but I guess I just don't enjoy watching them, mostly as they make me cringe 
Anypony have a big favorite/least favorite episode? Or agree/disagree with my list? I expect there'll be a lot of disagreement but that's inevitable. Hurricane Fluttershy is probably my all-time favorite episode, I guess because I can relate. I genuinely cry every time I watch it, even when I watch it in German I tear up 
But then I'm pretty much a human waterfall

Oooh, this looks like an enhanced version of the Preference Sorter, a webapp which does a similar thing for any set of items. I'm gonna give this a go. :)
Lesson Zero and Bats are my favourite episodes. MLP is one of the few shows were I don't actively despise any particular instalment, though there are some like Power Ponies that I don't rewatch very often.

it's interesting to find out, although I kept spending too long on my decisions and it took ages to finish! 
I kept forgetting which episodes were which with a few of them, which didn't help 
2675045 Yeah, there are no episodes which I really hate, and since the TV channel in the UK that shows MLP seems to have a preference for season three (for some reason) I've seen most of that season at least three times
Lesson Zero is definitely one of the funniest episodes 
and I love the Bats song

It's horrible when two episodes that you LOVE are going head to head and I'm just thinking "You expect me to choose between those?" XD
The MLP show staff often get asked at questions at conventions like that (Andrea Libman in particular always gets 'if you could only choose one of Fluttershy or Pinkie Pie, who would you keep?'), and they call it 'choosing between your children'.
Even so, I think they shouldn't include the 'I can't decide' button. The whole point of the exercise is that you are deciding!
Our lists really are quite different, but that's fine with me. Anyway, thanks for sharing this with us.
