Why is your name "The Cake Devil"?
Why do you enjoy editing?
In your opinion, who on Earth has the sexiest voice (male and/or female)?

Dear KRQ.

Huh, didn't actually expect anyone to pop on by. Anyways!

#1: You know, I can't actually believe it's taken more then a flipin YEAR for someone to ask me this. But the truth behind my name is that , get this, I actually stole it "DUN DUN DUNNNN!" No not from New Jerseys actual Cake Devils Bakery ( which I found out just a few months ago was a thing) but from one of my favorite things of all time Red v.s. Blue. Yup, I forget what episode it was, but it was one of the earlier seasons. During a hostage exchange, the main antagonist ( Doc possessed by Omega) comes out of nowhere and attacks both teams. In the midst of the fray, Doughnut (one of the Reds) cries out "Oh no, it's The Cake Devil!" And that's how I stole got my name. It's just a little something to remind me of all the good times and hours of laughs Rooster Teeth provided me during my teens.

#2. It allll goes back to my first fic and the horid mess it once was. Truth be told, my only experience in creative writing was high school, and about five years of roleplaying on imvu (a completely different tale in itself). The spark was there, but problem was it was under a good few layer of slop. Sure FAM was good, if memory serves, it managed to get top of the popular list for a bit, but I always seek improvement. Then, along came a gent named DarkMatterButterFlies, spewing one of the longest comments I'd ever seen (it's still there if your curious/bored), all of it input on what I should do, and errors that I needed to go back and fix. Eventually he became my first editor, but really he was a lot more to me then just that. Here was me, some barley literate noobe with no scene for punctuation, or style, and then out of nowhere comes DMB, a complete stranger and out of the goodness of his heart, takes me under his wing. Ever since then I've strived to help where I can. Making fics better and helping authors and their work be the best that they can be.

#3. Okay, here's an easy one. Hands down, Tim(mother fuckin) Curry for male. And Michell Pfeiffer for her work in Sindbad Legend of the Seven Seas.

Woo, lord have mercy!

Anyways, my apologies for the...massive rants, hope that answers your questions. (otherwise I'm a complete and utter goof).

Sincerely Yours, The Cake Devil.

What story that you've edited is your favorite?

Dear Gamer Plug.

Awwwwwwwwwwww Jesus man, I feel like this is a trap! Is Link watching this?!:applejackconfused: But in all seriousness, I think I'd have to say the "Secret Agent Macintosh" series is pretty up there for me. It was the first fic that I ever gave my two bits on, and their author ( Insula Sol) and I have a pretty good friendship.

Sincerely Yours, The Cake Devil.

I have two questions:

1) Who are your top five favorite characters from the entire show of MLP in general? That include side ponies and background ponies if you're wondering.

2) What kind of stories do you like? Both on and off fimfiction.

Eh. I'll just pretend the only reason it's Secret Agent Macintosh and not Preservation of Innocence is because you're a Whovian...whether or not that's the reason.

5.Cadence:As big as an unnecessary plot element as she is, I can't help but find her over all attitude rather enjoyable. I'd really like to see her (and Shinning Armor) expand from the "Disney royalty" phase and gain a little more personality. (Plus it helps that the lady that voices Candy also lends her voice in The Scary Godmother and it's squeal, two of my all time favorite and under rated, Halloween specials of all time).

4. Derpy: One of the greatest examples of the power of a fandome right here ladies and germs. They took an error and turned her into not only a thing, but they gave that thing personality, a back story, hell, even a daughter! Eventually that love leaked over to the main show and it spread like wild fire.

3. Discord: Do...do I really need to say anything els?

2.Big Mac: Here is the epitome of "less is more". I mean seriously, this guy has the ability to have me in stitches at a single word. Although I do have a hearty love for the big fella, I'd have to side with the majority in shying away from giving him his own episode. Don't fix what ain't broken.

1. King Sombra: Ah Sombra, my darling dark over lord, such a waste of potential. Now here is a perfect case of the fandome coming to the rescue. After the lack luster day bue of the Lord of the Rings reference gone suck, Sombra was all but written off from the main story as a one and done. Where the main story line all but dropped the dark tyrant, the bronies and pegasisters welcomed him with open arms. Doing what they do with much of the villains and back ground ponies, giving him a history, showering him with love, and improving upon what the mane series had given them. A tragic beginning with a happy end.

#2 That's an easy one, I'm a big ol sucker for romantic comedies. Don't really travel outside of fimfiction. Well not counting my very first fan fiction, which was a tale about Harley Quinn and her daughter. Never did finish it though...huh, excuse me.

Sincerely Yours, The Cake Devil.

Gah, see?! I can't win with a question like that! Not unless I wuss out and say "They're all my favorite." But mama don't raise no wuss! In all honesty though (and I know this is as generic an answer as they come), I really do love each of the stories I edit in their own special way.

Ohhhh you :twilightblush: you make me blush.

HAH! I win!

Although I should say that I've been meaning to read preservation of innocence, it seems to have a very interesting premise.
