I hate the fact it's nearly been a year since I've updated Royal Duties: Inheritance, but such is the state of things.
However you'll be pleased to know that after some editing, I should have a chapter ready for you by tomorrow! Or rather later this evening as it's christmas eve day for me now.
I'm sorry guys. I know how frustrating it is for my slow as hell updates, but I have a vacation this week and I'll see if it allows me the time to get one more chapter put together before the end of the year. Can't make any promises though. :/
Work still sucks and my responsibilities aren't going to lessen anytime soon. It's slow going, but I will finish this thing. I know that's not what you want to hear, but sadly the job that puts food on the table has to come first.
Have some happy holidays and I hope you at least get some entertainment out of the new chapter. Don't know if it'll be worth the wait, but I can tell you it's longer then the last one. 16 pages total I think.
if work only sucked that would be sucky enough on it's own , but what really sucks is that work doesn't have to suck , but sucks as a result of the socioeconomic system we live in , we have the capacity to make work not suck (what work would be left after the majority of it get's automated that is) , but the suckyness of work is not something this system is concerned with and indeed actually thrives off of working conditions sucking , cause the more sucky a job is the less the corporate overlords will be obligated to pay the worker for doing the sucky work.....
