Still Working On Next Chapter · 12:27am Dec 24th, 2014
Went into hospital today to have a surgical exposure done on my tooth, an operation for which I had to be put under anaesthetic. I spent most of the day sleeping off said anaesthetic and I'm still a bit out of sorts even now: it's only been in the last hour or so that I've felt with it enough to write, and my cold/flu/satanic curse has only gotten worse since I last posted, so progress has been incredibly slow.
In short: anaesthetic and illness are not conducive to efficient writing; and I'm still trundling along on my way to finishing the chapter. I don't know how much longer it'll take, so expect it on Sunday and maybe I'll pleasantly surprise you by updating earlier.
I hate writing these posts - it feels like the only thing I ever do is delay things - so I hope the next one carries some more positive news.
don't worry about it, we'll still be hear, the people that are gonna nag you just don't know how to appreciate a good story and the fact that it will be delayed now and then.
Sunday's fine. Just recuperate enough to make it the best chapter it can be before posting.
