Heh, the last time I ever used the fimfiction editor was when it completely deleted an entire oneshot after I made a couple tiny changes and hit 'save'.
Not a good time.

Anyway, at least you made a blog post explaining what happened. It happens more often than you'd think, and it's always depressing to see a fic I love in the box, only to realize there's no update and no explanation whatsoever.

I get what you're saying, but I wouldn't feel as bad about it if it wasn't currently in the damn feature box right now. That's a spot my story stole from someone else, and that's publicity that isn't earned unless it was an actual update. I already sent a message to Alexstrazsa asking him to just take the story out of the feed and the box, but I think he's offline right now.

...You know, it's really easy to pirate Word. You should really not be doing your edits in an integrated html text editor. Especially one made by Blighty.

Also, today I learned that dolphins beat their mates and kill their kids.
