Twilight Sparkle and the Cone of Shame

Princess Twilight Sparkle has mysteriously come across an unknown magical disease. Because of such, Princess Celestia requests that Twilight take some precautions, just in case. One Morning Twilight wakes up, wearing a cone around her head, and her horn seems to be missing! How will her friends react? How will ponyville react knowing their princess is indisposed?

A weird story idea I had, after watching the movie UP, and thinking: what do I get when i mix Twilight Sparkle, and a Dog cone?
