... And they chose the most depressing option available. Really, guys?
But anyways, I keep my word, so you will have your depressing fic. I may mold the story a little, because the ingenious title "Punch Drunk Love" isn't yet taken, but it'll still be sad and be about good ol' Berry Punch.
For those who missed out, here's the post that won the vote by a blazing two votes (that'll probably double as the synopsis):
Berry Punch contemplates suicide after she realizes that she has gone nowhere in life, drinking her sorrows away every evening after getting home from her dead-end minimum wage job. She concludes that Berry Pinch is better off with other parents, in fact, Equestria would probably be better off without her.
Like, seriously, guys, wtf? I wanna cry just reading that much. 
I wish there was more of a turnout with this one, though. I suppose I was so caught up in the excitement of my birthday extravaganza that I was expecting more attention, and I do thank those of you who actually participated.
Oh, and that EoU chapter WILL come. At the very least, I'll get that re-formatting update up so I can send it to EQD.

I do admit sadfics are among my strong suits
They tend to make you think about your life more, which is something I enjoy.
In fact, I actually have another one in the works, but it's pretty dark (like you need to be able to view mature stuff kind of dark, though it's not a gorefic).
