You can't fault me for trying, right?
Anyway, with the rewrite, I tried to submit it again right after the first chapter and got the rejection today. I don't really know what to make of it, but they gave criticisms. This is a good thing, as EqD has a "yes or no" system, as far as I understand. I probably lucked out in that department.
The criticisms went from actually helpful to eh and then there were was at least one point which wasn't a critique, but rather just a question about horse biology. I think that was more something for google than for me.
Either way, this story won't make it to Equestria Daily, ever. I've worked way too long on the first part anyway and when this rewrite is done, I'm done with it. It was good trying anyway, but when this is done I seriously need to get back up and do some actual writing again.
In other news: There is a chance that I might soon go offline for a while, because I'll be in stationary care for psychological issues. Don't know how that'll go and how it'll affect everything, but finding out is going to be the fun part.

That's the issue with EQD, they are a bunch of elitists when it comes to stories. I think when I tried, half of what they complained about was practically personal issues they had with my story. I don't know what they are after from a story, but it appears to be luck half of the time. Their system is broken and probably was from the start. *shrugs*
Psychological issues? I hope you're okay...
2632059 I'm not going to call it elitist when some of the issues appear, for lack of a better term, irrelevant to the story. Either way, by this point, fimfic is already the best site for ponyfiction, so I'll just keep up posting on here.
As for my psychology, thanks for the concern.
I'll start therapy this tuesday. Things can go only uphill from there.
