Status Update, 10/7 deadline · 8:24am Oct 7th, 2011
Well its 1am on the 7th and I am 100% done on the draft of chapter 2. Unfortunately, As I have a 9am flight tomorrow morning and won't be back till Monday 10th I wont be able to have have this proofread and shined up right away.
I will probably do a little bit of proofreading when I am at the hotel at night, and have a few casual pre-readers look at it over the weekend. Then I'll ask a few of the major-critiquers to give me their opinions once I return, or time-permitting while I'm online at the hotel but as this fiction is not the focus of my trip it is not necessarily going to happen.

P.S. - For the record, this draft clocks in at 7334 words. A bit longer than last time, but not every chapter will be this long, I think.
