It's Slyveon; the picture illustrates someone raised an eevee to be and Umbreon, except it evolved into Sylveron and the owner yells at it.
Saying stuff like "No! I wanted an Ali. umbreon, not some girly pink thing! I didn't raise you to be like that!"

And, you have to get enjoyment for Umbreon, and love for Slyveon. Unfortunately, you get more love than enjoyment so.......
