Ive been recently watching Pinkie Pride, and i realized the moral of the entire episode. well not the moral, but what its all a metaphor for.
Pinkie Pie herself, is a small business, or the old ways.... its traditional, homemade, and never the same.
Cheese Sandwich is a big company, or industrialism, where everything looks printed up, and there could be many clones of it. This fact is also solidified by the fact, when we see Cheese mention he has a party to plan, he, and a bunch of other ponies we've never seen before (who all happen to be stallions btw) are all wearing construction hats.
Its a metpahor for small businesses not letting the big companies chage them, and allowing both sides of business to work in harmony to create a working economy.
