I have now come out of the bowels from the land to return to a glorious place in the nowhere land call the internet, a place known for promoting love and tolerance, where ideas are shared, and friendships are made.

That’s right I’m talking about this glorious website.

Now, with that out of the way

It’s so painfully evident that I haven’t being back in a while.

You can’t possibly imagine what is like to spend so much time away from something you truly love and develop symptoms of addiction for. You just got to experience it yourself to just begin to understand how it feels.

I figure that there was no meme that could possibly come close to show how I felt, so I made this to illustrate just a little of it.

Because even though on the outside I look like a fortress of tough metal, on the inside I’m in awe for I have being away so long I haven’t even watched the season 4 finale.

Now I would like to address my dear followers.

I was starting to believe that one day when I finely came back I was going to return just to find that all my followers deserted me!

But instead of that I find (If I remember correctly) that my page only decreased 2 followers since I left.
Now thanks to the new user statistic system (That I love BTW) I find that I got 5 followers since my abrupt leave on May the 4th. Maybe some of them where already following me and just wanted me to respond I don’t know. Whatever the case, I like to sincerely thank all the 53 followers that stuck* with me trough the thick and thin.

Note: I have had computer access for exactly a week now but I decided it wouldn’t hurt to wait to make my official come back when I was ready; however last Friday some body actually unfollowed me in front of my very eyes. To that person, whoever it might be, I have only one thing to say.

You are not awesome.

Now next on the list is this.

I like to make one thing very clear to everyone. I am a Brony for life and I would never ever ever leave the site without a good reason. Got it?

Next

Even worst than finding that all my followers would desert me, I thought that everypony might just leave the site the way I did leaving Fimfiction and empty shell, a shadow of what it once was and while that is clearly not the case is worth noticing that Fimfiction has actually seen better days and is slowly losing activity levels as indicated bellow.

(Also I will simply dedicate this little raging sentence for complaining about knighty taking the top 50 users chart away.)

Since my expectations of what I would find upon my return where low; the thing that surprised me the most was Celestia Uses An Online Dating Website , a story that I was loyally following and had only 13 chapters when I took my leave with Rainbowbob posting updates 2-3 times per week.
Turns out that Bob kept that rate up trough all that time! All 28 weeks! That’s way over 56 updates not including the side stories including Dating Of A Godly Variety.
While I was out doing who knows what, Rainbowbob was right here hitting the keyboard day in and day out!

It’s so inspiring! People like him give me hope for the future of the fandom.

Next thing:

The scariest part of my “hiatus” was about 4 months after it started when while thinking about the pony world, I realized that I couldn’t remember the name of the forest. Was it the unrolled forest, the changeable forest, the chaotic forest…something around those lines.
Eventually I was able to remember that the name was The Everfree Forest, however I only got there after 5 minutes of me freaking out at the fact that I was forgetting my ponies!

I mean not remembering the name of The Everfree Forest is almost as bad as not remembering the name of Scootaloo!

I have come to accept the fact that now I have forgotten the names of most of the background ponies (No big deal) since details like those are very easy to fix. I’m just glad to be back.

Now about what I was doing while I was gone…
