Maybe I should continue The Wolf and the Sun. I have a fair bit of it planned, after all..

    Morning Coffee

Rain roars endlessly, pattering against glass in droplets- pressed against it like children, looking eagerly into a candy store. They slide away in time, their fascination lost. The murmur of conversation drifts as a transparent haze, clinging to your ears like mist on a summer morn. Coffee grounds fleck the barrista's smock as he takes your half-whispered order.

The Man Is Not Alone- Flash Fiction/Poetry

The man stands alone, surrounded by his comrades.

So you know how I said that I had an idea to finish Darkness to Dust?
You know how I didn't follow up?

Well, I actually did. The sequel to Darkness to Dust is Crystal Wake; you'll see eventually-- I'll try and recapture the style of Darkness to Dust where possible. The style of writing, for me, depends heavily on the narrator; Death liked telling stories, and so on.

Hopefully, I can finish chapter 3 of Crystal Wake soon, and then finish the interim chapter for Darkness to Dust.
