So, any ideas? What I have so far:
Lovely Drawer
I put the finishing touch on my sketch. "Finished." I said to myself. I picked up the piece of paper and a tack then hung it on my wall, along with the 70 other drawings I had done. I frowned. My wall was getting really cluttered. Maybe someday mom and I would move to a bigger house.
"Dinner!" I heard mom call. I hopped down the stairs and sat at the dinner table. Mom set a plate down in front of me that held corn, Macaroni and Cheese, and chunks of hot dog. "So, what've you been doing all this time? Drawing?" I nodded, my mouth full of corn. "If you practice, you might become a famous artist someday!" I swallowed.
"That's my plan." I said.
"You know, there's an art contest I heard about in a magazine. You should enter." mom offered. "If you win, your drawing will be published in the next magazine."
