That Shipping Feeling

So, lately I've been feeling bad that I haven't written pony in quite a long time, and that, well, so many of my attempts have ended in failures. But not to be all morose, what I was thinking is, would people be totally opposed to the idea of me doing a relatively short shipping story? I'm not 100% sure of the plot, but it wouldn't be more than 20k words at the most, which really isn't that much for me, considering I've written more than 10k words in the past 5 days for NaNoWriMo.

I guess the question is, do people want to see the return of ToixStory as a shipping writer, or should I just let it alone?
