Looking for an editor with some experience.

Normally self-editing is enough, but sometimes I feel as though it isn't. As if the longer I modify my fiction the worse it gets. So I need an editor with some moderate experience to tell me if things are working the way they should be. To bring me down to earth if I get too carried away.
I'm not asking for this to be done for free. In return, I shall offer to be your editor as well. Or, if you have a friend that needs help I could do it for them. I've had experience being an editor myself. I've helped at least 4 other authors that I can think off at the moment. It isn't so much as spelling and grammar errors that are the problem, because I can fix those myself, but aspects such as structure, organization, plot, and style that need a look see.
