Well what, three years or so later here I am, Rambo. Alright so to cut that whole act off let me say a bit about me.
I'm an 18 year old college student going 19 in one month and I look back at all this and I have to say it really has been a fun little thing. Rambo is what they called me in High School because I always wore a makeshift headband that was red whenever I played Futbol (Soccer) and it looked like a Bandana and well there you go.
I had little to no thoughts on writing more because my first story, Unforgiven Winter, while I enjoyed writing it at first, it was a giant drag 2nd half of it. To be honest now as I write this off the top of my head I borderline hate that story because it's GARBAGE! If you guys liked it, cool but if you re-read from chapter 5 and on, you can even feel I don't even try anymore. I really didn't, I had no idea where I was going with that dumb story, just a bunch of blabber.
Bill O'rielly was an amazingly funny author and I think when he left, I kinda left myself. I would only come here to read his stuff but he hasn't updated in like a year or so. This whole "Brony" thing was well, a thing, before and right now? Not really but I still enjoy aspects of this little decreasing fandom. You know those times you're just so pumped to do something and then you do it but as time goes on it slowly burns out? That's what happened with me and writing, I'd be pumped but then just horribly bored.
I tried to do many things before my interests died out but I did absolutely none of them. It wasn't until my Sophomore year I tried drawing but here I am, 3 years later with a tablet and I can't draw jack s***. I just didn't have the dedication and heart to draw I guess. I understand it takes time but I was so much more focused on my dream than my work.
To leave my last "two cents" to the fandom I wanted to create something, something BIG! Something that I knew people would be excited for and would demand more! That's right! Fanfictions! No I'm kidding, I was watching multiple TV Series at the time and one of the series that still holds my heart to this day was Spartacus. The entire series was absolutely godlike and I was always on the edge of my seat in every episode. Me knowing my history I knew how it would end but the show made me forget.

The entire year of 2013 was always the same "I'll draw great in a month! 2 months! 3 months!" etc etc. It never happened. I never improved, I never even tried. At the time Bronies and the fandom itself was being rather... stuck up and it was unbearable. Detaching from it I wanted to do a little martydom, I wanted to please both sides. Those who like MLP and those who hate it. So what to do... what do to...
It then came to me. Why not just re-skin the Spartacus saga but with MLP? Oh yeah brilliant! Let's base it off the crystal ponies rebelling against Sombra! Great Idea! Oh wait but I don't know how to draw ponies and them being the protagonist is always used. So I thought more on how to change it. Why not make the lead character a Dragon? Yeah, and the gladiators are all creatures and races of different kinds. Diamond dogs, griffons, dragons, minotaurs, they're all slaves to a rising army, the equines (aka ponies). I would nerf the dragons to be the size of the Teenage Dragons from "Dragon Quest" but would be grown dragons I guess? Or at least a different species or something. Beasts fight for freedom and kill horses in the process?
MLP haters would love it, then there has to be like soft-core sex scenes! Yeah! Cloppers would want to see ponyXpony or ponyXdragon or you do your combo. I would change many aspects such as a limited amount of unicorns and pegasi since they really wouldn't suit infantry. Then the blood! There needs to be a lot of it! and action, drama all of it. Then I expand this story after it ends and since the Roman Empire split in two I would have it split in two here as well between the Solar Empire and Lunar Empire (Republic whatever you like better) and then... So much fantasy and imagination I can't even draw because I'm so much more focused with creating in my mind than on paper. It'll never happen. It's just sitting in the back of my mind.
But yes that's where a majority of my time went to, staring at my ceiling thinking about this while doing nothing at all. That and xbox. I'll try to be more active here I guess since it's something I should really pick up on again. If you read the entire thing, thanks. Hope everyone is advancing in life.
