Although it left it, it knew that it was right, it made it down, because it didn't know what's up.

    You were the Chosen One!

    Alas, it was not so.

So as many of you may have surmised, I have violently but silently passed away.

That is to say I am dead.

Not in the literal sense, but possibly in the literary sense.

To make things short, I had a bit of a breakdown, a couple of other mundane life-things and a lack of time to even consider writing.

    Microstory X - Awkward Twilight

    It happened at a bookstore.

    "Hello," said the clerk.

    "Morning," Twilight mumbled back.

The clerk returned a strained smile back and then went back to work.

Twilight then realised in her half-tired state that it wasn't morning, it was the evening, the store was closed and it wasn't a bookstore, and the clerk wasn't there and she had been talking to a cardboard sign all this time.

    Microstory IX - The Existence

Before Twilight could say anything, Pinkie held up her hoof.

"Twilight, stop, before you say anything. I have to say something!"

    Silence followed.

"What were you going to say?"

    "...I forgot."

"Pinkie... what are you doing on my doorstep?"

"Twilight, you have to help me with my application!"

"What's this?" She held the documents up. "These look like job... rejections?"

Micro Story VIII - The Rock

It started with a slight clicking sound.

Like the fingernails tapping on a tabletop.

    Click. Click. Click.

There it sat on her desk.

    The rock.

Eyes fixated on the inanimate object, Twilight examined it with such rigour.

    But it stood still.

    Yet still was that sound.

    Click. Click. Click.

    Then a different sound.

    Crack.

    Micro Story VII

Twilight glanced out the windows at the dim backdrop of stars.

Night time, she thought, and lazily went back to reading.

Then she returned back to the window.

    No wait, that's space!

Thoughts About Stories · 5:58am Oct 13th, 2014

I like stories.

I like ideas for stories.

Sometimes I write ideas for stories.

Sometimes I write stories for ideas.

Sometimes I get a like for a story, it makes me feel good.

Sometimes I get a dislike for a story, it makes me feel bad.

But then I feel as if they're telling me to try harder.

And I try harder, to make them better.

But then the ideas fade away,

The writing dies away.

I hate stories.

Nah, not really. I'll just do what I want 'cause a pirate is free! I wonder what the 'Tagged Story' options below a person who has over 100 stories would look like. Well, we'll see won't we? Onwards!

Oh and sorry for not continuing Just Roll With It recently, I'm busy and I just didn't have some amazing inspiration to make me dive back into it. Also, I'm sampling the delights of other stories in my read later list which has stacked up to 1000+ now. So... I should probably read some before I break the counter, or something.

Also, again, if I don't respond to your comment, fret not! I read all comments even if I don't have the time to respond to all of them. If it's something I can only answer or a grammatical error (or errors) I'm on top of that quick smart, also I check fimfic like a mofo basically 20+ times a day, so rest assured, I have an ear to the ground. Also I'm super excited that my one-shot Fly (which is nice if you want to experience flying and you're in a complex mood) and No Tears, Just Dreams (which is nice if you want something a bit random with a strong amount of sarcasm in the writing) got into Popular Stories so quickly, wow, just wow.

Okay I know that Popular stories is not an indication of writing ability. Goodness me, I don't really have a way with prose that some amazing authors here on fimfic do, but hopefully I'll be able to touch the heavens and perhaps, in the near or distant future, touch the stars and the hearts of the audience here.

Also, if you have a story idea that you would like me to write about I can do it, if you don't mind waiting some time. I don't do commissions because I don't accept money. Stories should be free like birds. I do take cookies though.

If you want a story to be written faster I usually respond to death threats bribes hard drugs an intellectual argument composed of a page detailing why you need the story or you will die in the next hour, but failing that just give me a shout in the comments that you're excited. Also, I love reading about speculation of the plot in the comments. I smile every time I see someone actually hit the nail on the head pretty hard. Sometimes though, I can get away with a narrow plot-twist and if that sparks enjoyment it also makes me happy.

I like it when simple things can make you happy.

Aaaaaaand that's about it!

I'm pretty sure that's more along the lines of three standard units. :rainbowlaugh:

2529514 I'm sorry, I tried to give a correct measurement but they broke my meter!

Me heart! *clutches animatronic heart and topples over*

Prepare for trouble!

To denounce the evils of truth and love!
